1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Harmovix Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Services

Harmovix Music offers the following digital products and services:

Music Tracks — individual song licenses for personal or commercial use
Beats & Instrumentals — exclusive and non-exclusive beat licenses
Subscription Music Library — monthly/annual access to our full catalog
Royalty-Free Music — one-time purchase licenses for business use
MIDI Files & Samples — production-ready MIDI packs and audio samples
Sheet Music & Arrangements — printable and digital notation files

3. Licensing

All purchases grant you a non-transferable license to use the content as specified at the time of purchase. Licenses do not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of any content is strictly prohibited.

Exclusive beat licenses transfer exclusivity to the buyer upon full payment. Non-exclusive licenses allow Harmovix Music to continue selling the same content to other buyers.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time unless required by law.

5. Royalty-Free Usage

Royalty-free licenses permit use in commercial projects (YouTube, podcasts, ads, films) without ongoing royalty payments. Attribution is not required unless specified in the individual license. Royalty-free does not mean copyright-free — Harmovix Music retains all underlying copyrights.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reselling or redistributing purchased files as standalone products
Using content in hate speech, defamatory, or illegal material
Claiming authorship or copyright of licensed content
Reverse engineering or extracting stems beyond licensed scope

7. Intellectual Property

All music, beats, samples, MIDI files, and sheet music on this platform are the intellectual property of Harmovix Music or its licensed contributors. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Harmovix Music is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Natrona County, Wyoming.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of music tracks, beats, instrumentals, MIDI files, samples, and sheet music are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. This policy is in accordance with standard digital goods consumer protection exemptions.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

The file delivered is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description
A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase and no download link was received
You were charged for a subscription renewal after a confirmed cancellation

3. Subscriptions

Subscription refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not accessed any new content during that period, you may request a refund for that billing cycle. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Beats & Exclusive Licenses

Exclusive beat license purchases are non-refundable once the exclusivity agreement has been executed and the files delivered. If exclusivity has not yet been transferred, a refund may be considered within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Royalty-Free Licenses

Royalty-free music licenses are non-refundable once the license has been issued and the content downloaded. If you purchased the wrong license tier, we may offer a license upgrade credit at our discretion.

6. MIDI Files & Samples

MIDI packs and sample packs are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is technically defective, we will replace it at no charge within 30 days of purchase.

7. Sheet Music & Arrangements

Sheet music and arrangement files are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If the file contains a printing error or is missing pages, we will issue a corrected file or store credit.

8. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, contact us within the applicable window with:

Your order number or transaction ID
The product name and reason for the request
Any relevant screenshots or error messages

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
